Idaho Steelheads vs. New Mexico Goatheads

Idaho Steelheads vs. New Mexico Goatheads at Idaho Central Arena

A shot doesn't always end the play. Watch the skaters who are ready for a rebound before it comes loose. One may be looking for a second chance while another wants to clear the puck or get between the shooter and the net. You can see that scramble take shape before the first save. Give the area around the goal a few shifts of attention and you'll have something to follow even on chances that never turn into a goal. Idaho Steelheads host New Mexico Goatheads at Idaho Central Arena in Boise on February 6.

What makes it easy to enjoy is the pace. You can follow the puck along the boards, watch the quick change in direction after a faceoff, and see how each shift builds from small movements rather than big setups. That makes the live view feel active from the first whistle.

It also works well as a home-game outing or a shared night out, since hockey gives everyone in the building something to track at once. In Boise, the pull is simple and direct, with the action staying close enough to notice details without needing to know every storyline beforehand.
