Gary Owen at Morrison Center For The Performing Arts

Gary Owen has a way of finding the part of an ordinary experience that’s worth telling someone about. His No Hard Feelings Tour brings observational stand-up to Boise’s Morrison Center for the Performing Arts on February 26, 2027, at 8:00 PM.

Owen draws on personal life, military service and everyday experiences. You can go in looking for an evening of storytelling and listen for what he does with the details. The setup often tells you where a story seems to be headed. The pleasure is finding out how a comedian gets somewhere else.

Watch what he does after the first laugh. A story can keep getting funnier once you think you know where it goes, especially when the comic has the patience to let one detail sit for a beat. That's a good reason to go with a friend who likes the telling as much as the punch line. You can come away with a favorite moment that has more to do with how it was said than what happened.

This is the sort of outing you can share with a friend who enjoys hearing a story told well. The venue recommends ages 12 and up.
