The Legend Of Korra In Concert
The Legend Of Korra In Concert at Morrison Center For The Performing Arts
What do you notice when you listen for the score instead of following the dialogue? The Legend of Korra in Concert gives fans a chance to find out. The 15th-anniversary production pairs a live symphonic performance with a cinematic presentation drawn from the animated series. It comes to Boise’s Morrison Center for the Performing Arts on January 19, 2027, at 7:30 PM.
Jeremy Zuckerman’s music is part of what gives Korra’s world its character. In this concert, you can shift your attention between the screen and the musicians. Try listening for how a change in rhythm or volume makes a scene feel different. The pairing also draws on the work of original series editor Jeff Adams, giving viewers another reason to pay attention to how music and images meet.
Bring the person who first talked you into watching Korra, or someone who loves a good score and has never seen the show. You can each follow a different thread and compare what stayed with you afterward. It’s an outing for fans who want to revisit the series through its music and for concertgoers curious about how a score shapes the story on screen.
